RZOGUWEX X5 (UK) Electric Bike

I bought this bike for use in the summer to use to visit my partner (5 miles away), and to travel to work (7 miles away).
I purchased it after reading lots of positive reviews….
It was fairly easy to assemble. There was a link provided to a 20 minute YouTube video and I put it together without any problems.
The bike had mud guards provided.
I have used the bike for around 3 weeks now and it has completely lived up to expectations. The range is great and it’s very fast. If used on level 5, there is full on pedal assist up to 30mph.
I would suggest practising where there are no obstacles, pedestrians or vehicles, until you get used to it. I use the throttle to start off, then the pedal assist. It’s a great bike.
In respect of the legalities, make sure you wear high viz and ride it sensibly, then you shouldn’t have any problems…..

Received the rzoguwex on the 22nd July 2024 and so easy to put together and I have since used it every day for work 15 mile round trip, customer service is great as mine needed a new rear shock which they are sending to me and I never asked for it I just enquired. All I can say if your looking at buying it then buy it you won't be disappointed with the purchase. They do look better than the pictures

Looks amazing (gets attention everywhere it goes!)
Rides really well.. the 4 inch fatty's eat up all the pot holes, and pretty much everything else
Great battery range... 25ah pack is very good. easily reaches 30mph (speed)
Customer Service I give 10/10👍(So far) I contacted them through WhatsApp ..gave short description of the issue, with a short video, within a couple of hours they replied with "the new part is on its way to you.

Only down side.. If you live in England the ebike Laws are a joke! this bike is classed has a Moped!!

Bought for 16yo son and he's over the moon with it. It took some putting together by 2 people, but exceeded expectations with a quality. Charged import tax but rectified by seller. UPS let the delivery down which delayed things a few days but we can't fault the seller who was attentive and courteous. Really pleased overall. It looks and feels like a far more expensive bike.

I have taken this bike on 6 good long runs it is awesome. It is fast, it rides very similar to a motor cross bike through the turns, it does peddle with no power on and you can get it home if you run out just with peddle power, but i have not run out as it goes for miles and miles on one good charge ! and its very powerful.
Its also comfortable and looks great ca highly recommend this bike but take it easy as first and get used to it slowly as its a beast ! I LOVE MY ZOGGY yehaa !
